Tonight I made steamed dumplings, stir fried shrimp w/ snow peas, carrots and pineapple and sushi rice in record time.
The dumplings were the best. I used ground pork, shredded carrots, scallions, fresh ginger & garlic, soy and sesame oil.
I made a good sauce too w/ soy, sesame oil, garlic and scallions.
I have to take back the part about steamed dumplings – I wound up boiling them. I tried steaming them in a wok and they stuck to the steamer grate.
